Notification history

Notification history is a log of the in-app notifications that Automation flows create in your workspace, and whether each one was sent.

Where to find it

Menu: System › Notification history · Address: hub.siteconnect.ai/settings/notification-logsWho can use it: Anyone whose role has View on the Notification history row — the built-in admin, manager and employee roles all do. See Roles and permissions.

What isn't listed here

Most of what Site Connect sends doesn't appear on this page: emails (such as invitations and password resets), push notifications on the mobile app, and chat messages — including the ones an automation sends with Send notification via Chat. So in most workspaces the list stays empty and shows No notifications yet. That doesn't mean something is broken.

Read the list

Each line is one notification to one person, newest first. The columns show the Channel, the status (Sent, Pending or Error), the Recipient, the Content (the notification's title), the template it came from, and the Time it was created.

Select a line to open Notification details: the channel, status, template, Title, the start of the message under Content, and the Time. If sending failed, the reason appears under Error.

Narrow the list

  • Use the Error view at the top of the list to see only notifications that failed.
  • Add a Status filter, or a From date / To date filter, to look at a specific period.

Good to know

  • To change what your automations send, edit the flow in Automation.
