Stage board
The stage board shows your projects as cards in columns, one column per project stage. It answers a question the list can't: where are jobs piling up? Drag a card to another column to move the project to that stage.
Where to find it
Menu: Project › Stage board · Address: hub.siteconnect.ai/projects/boardWho can use it: anyone with the Task · View permission. Moving a project to another stage needs Task · Edit. See Roles and permissions.
Move a project to another stage
- Find the project's card. Use Search projects... at the top right if the board is long.
- Drag the card and drop it on the column of the new stage.
The card moves straight away. If the change can't be saved, it jumps back and you'll see Could not change the stage.
To take a project out of every stage, drag it to No stage set. That column only appears when at least one project has no stage.
Read a card
Each card shows:
- The project name — click it to open the project's task board on the Tasks screen.
- The address, if one is set.
- How many open tasks it has, with a red count of late tasks if any are past due.
- Hours logged against planned hours (red when more than 20% over plan).
- How many people have worked on it.
- The project manager and the contract value, if they're filled in.
The number at the top of each column is how many projects are in that stage.
Good to know
- The board shows up to 200 projects, most recently updated first. It includes projects in closed stages, so finished jobs stay visible in their column.
- Archived projects aren't shown.
- The columns, their names, colours and order come from Project stages in Project settings. Add or rename stages there.
- The look of the columns and cards follows your workspace's Kanban style. See Kanban appearance.
