Project map
The project map pins every job site on a map, so you can see at a glance where the work is — and spot crews heading to sites a few blocks apart on the same day.
Where to find it
Menu: Project › Map · Address: hub.siteconnect.ai/projects/mapWho can use it: anyone with the Task · View permission.
Read the map
- Each pin is a project, coloured by its stage.
- The number on a pin is how many open tasks the project has. A red ring means some of them are overdue.
- Above the map, a line tells you how many projects are on the map, and how many matching projects are missing because they have no coordinates, sit outside the current view, or had no activity in the selected period.
Only projects with a pinned address appear on the map. To add one, set the address on the project — see Set the project address.
Look at one project
- Click a pin. A small card shows the project name, address, stage, open and late tasks, hours logged against plan, people and project manager.
- Click the project name to open the project's page.
- Click the open tasks count to see the project's open tasks in a window. You can search them by task or assignee, and click a task to open its details.
Narrow down what's shown
Use the filter bar above the map:
- Search — by name, address or customer.
- Time — shows only sites with check-ins or task activity in that period. It starts on This month. If the period hides sites, the line above the map tells you how many, with a shortcut to widen to the whole year.
- Stage and Manager.
- Running — on by default; hides sites in closed stages. Click it to include them.
Active filters show as chips you can remove one by one, or all at once with Clear all.
