Storage

Every photo, voice note, attachment and export your team uploads uses part of your workspace's file storage. The Storage page shows how much of your plan's allowance you've used, and which areas of Site Connect and which people use the most.

Where to find it

Menu: System › Storage · Address: hub.siteconnect.ai/settings/storageWho can use it: The workspace owner, admins and managers. Other roles need the All box on the Storage row — see Roles and permissions.

Your privacy is protected

The page only shows totals — sizes and file counts. It never lists or opens the files themselves.

See how much storage your workspace uses

Open the Tenant overview tab. From top to bottom you'll see:

  1. Total tenant storage — the space used out of your plan's allowance, the number of files, and your plan. The bar is green, turns amber as it fills (from 80%) and red when you reach the limit. The same figure appears at the top of General settings.
  2. A table of storage per module (area of Site Connect, for example tasks, approvals or chat), with the number of files and each module's share of the total.
  3. Top 20 heaviest users — the people who uploaded the most, with how much they use, their file count and Latest upload. Files that don't belong to a person, such as system files, are grouped on one line.
  4. By record type — storage per kind of file, for example Job site photos, Job site voice notes, Task attachments, Forms, Staff avatars and Workspace logo.

Use these to find out what's filling your storage — usually job site photos and voice notes.

See your own uploads

Open the Mine tab. It shows Storage I've uploaded — the total size and number of files you uploaded yourself — and a table by module with each module's Latest upload. If you haven't uploaded anything yet, you'll see You haven't uploaded any files.

When you're running out of space

  • Check Top 20 heaviest users and By record type to see where the space goes.
  • Your storage allowance comes with your plan. To get more, see Plans and billing.

Good to know

  • Not activated next to storage on General settings means storage hasn't been set up for the workspace yet. Contact Site Connect support — see Get help & send feedback.
